CUISINE WORKSHOP

Diálogo's cooking classes are a lot of fun! Students choose their favorite drink or dish, then with assistance from the teacher, they learn to prepare it. After that, they eat and drink, tasting a great variety of delicious, exotic new flavours! At the end of class, everybody participates in a gorgeous banquet.

Classes are once a week from 3pm to 5pm. They consist of a theoretical and a practical section. Each group must have a minimum number of 3 students.

Included in the price are cooking ingredients and teaching materials, a booklet with recipes, basic vocabulary and some facts about the traditional historical and cultural background of Bahian and Brazilian Cuisine.

Feijoada, Moqueca de peixe, Bobó de camarão, Vatapá, Abará, Camarão na Moranga, Carne do Sol, Pirão de mandioca, Arrumadinho, Tutu.

Cocada, Mousse de Maracujá, Brigadeiro, Mingau de Tapioca, Munguzá, Cuscuz, Doce de Frutas.

Caipirinha, Caipirosca de Frutas, Licor de Jenipapo, Batida de frutas, Cachaça no côco, abacaxi delícia.
